It's the sound of a newborn, an elegy for the unborn. A hymn for the death of a romance, an amplified hum as we find ourselves in the arms of love once again. A momentary glimpse of hope and happiness before our memory fails us. Heartfelt, inevitable. Cry, forevermore.

Born to Cry, Helsinki-based Finnish quintet established in 2015, finds them in the middle of emotional ebbs and flows on their debut album, expected to see the daylight later this year. With their mixture of 1990's alternative metal music, churning doom and outbursts of hardcore, the group comes in terms with melancholy, anxiety and the unbearable weight of the world.
